After your claims are submitted, you can use the Claims Submission modules in Beacon Rebate Model to review, search, and investigate previously submitted pharmacy and medical claims.
These modules provide ongoing access to submitted claims, allowing you to locate individual claims, review their details and validation results, and investigate issues or warnings identified during processing.
Accessing submitted claims
Navigate to Data Submissions from the side panel menu.
Select Pharmacy Submissions or Medical Submissions, depending on the type of claims you want to review.
Locate the submission you want to review from the list of previously submitted claims files.
Your submitted claims remain available in Beacon Rebate Model for ongoing review and tracking after the submission is complete.
Viewing a submission
Select a submission from the list to display its information in the Submission Details panel.
Review the submission details and any issues displayed in the panel.
Select View Submission to open the submission in the applicable Pharmacy Reports or Medical Reports module.
The Reports module displays the claims associated with the selected submission, allowing you to investigate individual claims, review processing results, and use the available tools to search and filter claim data.
Reviewing individual claim details
From the Reports module, you can investigate all claims included in the submission or individual claims in greater detail using the Claim Overview side drawer.
Select an individual claim from the Reports table to display its information in the side panel.
Click View Details to open the Claim Overview side drawer.
Review the available claim information, including claim status, claim details, rebate details, submission history, and other associated information.
The Claim Overview provides a comprehensive, centralized view of an individual claim, bringing together the information needed to investigate its status, review processing results, and track activity throughout the claim lifecycle.
From the Claim Overview, you can explore detailed claim information, including validation results, issues, pharmacy and medication details, prescription information, rebate status, allocations, and submission history. These details help you understand how a claim was processed, identify potential issues, and track its progress through the rebate process.
The Claim Overview is accessible from multiple areas of Beacon Rebate Model, allowing you to investigate individual claims wherever they appear in the platform.
